• All data is stored and maybe exported into Excel, so you have access to all your data within and outside of the POS program. (MS Office not included)
• Software download is fully working version but does not allow you to change the name or address until activation has been completed.
• Activation department is online between 10am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time and can be reached via email at: activation@uTouchPOS.com , you must have your order number as subject of your email.
• Software includes technical support via email only at support@uTouchPOS.com for 30 days, additional email support thereafter is $5 per incident.
• Software DOES NOT INCLUDE telephone support. Any and all telephone technical support is $25 per incident or with a subscription plan at time of software activation.

Please note:

You may Update or Upgrade your uTouchsPOS oftware Free of Charge within the First Year of your initial purchase.
Free Updates and Upgrades must be completed on the same computer currently running a fully registered version
of uTouchPOS.

We DO NOT charge any Monthly or Annual Maintenance Fees and updating or upgrading is OPTIONAL.

You do not need to pay any additional fees to continue using your current version. Your fully registered
version will never expire as long as you continue to use the software on the same computer or server,
however support for older versions may be discontinued without notice.

If your Computer or Windows OS has failed AND your software is more than one year old you will need to
purchase an Upgrade License in order to register on your recovered computer system. This purchase will provide
one year of Free Updates.

If you wish to obtain a new release of uTouchPOS after one year, an upgrade license or a new license
may need to be purchased depending on the date of your original installation.
